However, in this movie, the part of Juliet winds up being acted out by a woman much to the surprise of the audience. In response to this the people are appalled and feel that she should be punished for taking on the role that only a “ man” should do. The queen’s reaction is one of empathy in the fact that in her role as ruler this is exactly what she, herself, does. The film doesn’t end on a happily ever after note, as one would expect. The most important curse in Richard III occurs in Act I Scene III when Queen Margaret put a curse on the entire royal family. Throughout the play the curses she put on each person come true. I am also integrating sound to give an added flair. Some practical project examples that I intend to carry through and actually construct can be found in ideas 11 and 12. As my topic theme is fairly limiting, this is quite challenging, but great, as it allows me to create many different forms of work, all tied in to a common specific point. In West Side Story the author only tells about the Sharks dwelling. The Sharks live in an apartment which shows that the Sharks are not wealthy. The Sharks and the Jets are very poor compared to the Capulets'' and the Montagues'. Swords were used in Romeo and Juliet and guns were used in West .....
