The poetical work of Albert Wendt, Apirana Taylor, Alistair Te Ariki Campbell, Hone Tuwhare, Keri Hulme, Gloria Rawlinson, J. C. Sturm, and Roma Potiki all have voices that are informed by and reflect their Polynesian cultural inheritances in various ways.
