Many teenagers have a hard time growing up in today’s society with no sense of direction from home. When my two son’s become a teenagers one of the many question that they will ask me as a parent is what do you mean be a good leader, and how well it effect me with in the community. My answer to them is that there are many different characteristic that you can strive toward to be a successful leader with in the community.
