? Should we drop the atomic bomb on Japan? Yes. I have three contentions to prove why we should. First, Japan has already shown heavy resistance despite our efforts to bomb them and does not appear to want to surrender at all. Secondly, enough American lives have already been lost and in the long run, the bomb will cost fewer lives. Lastly, Japan will serve as an example to other countries what awesome power we possess.
